Family Empowerment Program
FEP provides support services to families who are being reunited with their children whose children are 18 to 21. Our purpose is to prevent the re-entry of the children into foster care. Our goal is to give these families the tools necessary to keep them together and reduce the number of children who re-enter foster care and avert homelessness. We will accept referrals 3 weeks prior to final reunification.
